Christina Falcone

Christina is the Director of Commercialization Finance and Operations. She joined the Stevens Center from UC San Diego, where she most recently served as the Director of Finance and Operations for the Office of Innovation and Commercialization.

Christina has more than 15 years of experience in higher education financial management and budget planning, tracking, and forecasting. She has extensive experience in full lifecycle research administration, spanning both central office and departmental roles. While at UC San Diego, Christina successfully transitioned the technology transfer office to a new financial management platform, designed and implemented new business processes to improve operating efficiency and developed and provided campus-wide training for research administration.

Christina earned an MBA from Golden State University and a BS from UC Riverside. She is also a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
