What Are COAs?
Clinical Outcome Assessments are tools used to measure health outcomes directly from patients, clinicians, caregivers, or performance tasks in clinical or research settings. These may include:
- Questionnaires and surveys
- Patient-reported outcome (PRO) measures
- Clinician-reported or observer-reported tools
- Scales, indices, checklists, or scoring systems
- Performance-based assessments
- Digital or eCOA versions of any of the above

Through a new partnership with a global commercial distribution provider, USC innovators now have access to a professional infrastructure that:
