
Tran Courtney
Tran is the Senior Marketing Manager and leads the strategic planning of marketing initiatives and events for the USC Stevens Center.
Working closely with USC leadership, Tran develops tailored marcom plans to promote the university’s research, licensing, and commercialization of technology. Prior to joining USC, she spent seven years at Harvard Business School (HBS) developing and managing their health care marketing programs, promoting faculty research, leading content creation, and advising HBS alumni and Harvard-affiliated postdocs admitted into the Blavatnik Fellowship in Life Science Entrepreneurship program with their branding strategy and publicity. In addition, Tran has held leadership roles across various organizations including The Aspen Institute, IHG Hotels & Resorts, Shopzilla, The Phelps Group, and launched her marketing career at a television station.
Tran received her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English and Marketing from Old Dominion University.
