Collaborations with companies often bring resources, expertise, and pathways to accelerate market readiness to USC innovations. Partnerships with tech, biotech, pharma and other industry players can help promising work reach real-world use faster.
Because every innovation is different, our approach is flexible and tailored to each deal. We work to:
- Facilitate timely communication between corporate and academic partners.
- Create fair and reasonable deal structures that encourage commercialization.
- Translate complex contract terms and conditions into clear expectations for both faculty and our industry partners.
