USC startup grabs national spotlight on Inc. magazine’s Annual List of Coolest College Startups

Along with 15 other university startups, the USC student-run business Stasis Labs was selected for Inc. magazine’s 7th annual tally of Coolest College Startups. Stasis Labs, which won the Most Innovative and Trojan Family Choice honors at the 2014 USC Stevens Student Innovator Showcase, will provide low-cost healthcare monitoring technologies to developing countries and plans to launch its system in India in summer 2016. In designing its system, the company is gathering direct insights from doctors at the Keck Hospital of USC and Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, as Stasis Labs recently joined D-Health, a digital innovation lab launched earlier this year by USC’s Health, Technology and Engineering Program.
