NAI Fellows and Senior Members
Of the 2,900+ NAI Fellows and Senior Members around the country, USC represents 71 of them.
In addition, all NAI Fellows’ and Senior Members’ names are included on a commemorative plaque permanently displayed at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) in Virginia, and their names are read to Congress and entered into the Congressional Record. The NAI encourages institutions to establish local chapters and tailor them to align with their innovation goals and initiatives. USC researchers who are named inventors on a U.S. patent are members of the USC Chapter of the NAI. Since its launch in 2017, the USC chapter has grown to become one of the largest in the U.S.
