New! USC Silicon Valley Immersion – Draper University: USC Marshall School of Business and Draper University have partnered to create an exclusive one-week entrepreneurial immersion experience at Draper University for USC students over Spring Break, March 11-18, 2018. During the week, students are immersed in Silicon Valley, taught by and introduced to experts, investors, and legendary venture capitalist, Tim Draper. Training includes business fundamentals, lean startup methodology, marketing and sales, public speaking, prototyping, raising money, and team building. Space is limited, so USC students should apply soon.

USC Stevens Student Innovator Showcase is organized each year to highlight student creativity and breakthrough ideas from all disciplines and provides cash prizes in several categories.
Lloyd Greif Center for Entrepreneurial Studies is among the nation’s leaders in entrepreneurship education and research. It offers undergraduate and graduate programs designed to help students acquire the tools, develop the skills, and cultivate the mindset central to organizing, launching, and managing successful new ventures.
AIM (Accelerating, Incubating, Mentoring) is a 12-week summer, incubator, and mentoring program to launch university startups.
Viterbi Startup Garage is a 12-week technology accelerator/incubator program.
CRUNCH Student Design Challenge is an opportunity for students to acquire new skills, meet industry leaders, and learn about how to design new products.
Greif New Venture Seed Competition is an annual venture competition hosted by Lloyd Greif Center for Entrepreneurship Studies offering up to $50,000 in prize money. Teams of USC entrepreneurs present to established entrepreneurs, angel investors, and venture capitalists.
Y-Prize: New Media Business Plan Challenge is an annual venture competition open to students of USC Marshall, USC Annenberg, USC Viterbi, and USC School of Cinema. Y-Prize Business Plan Challenge aims to provide a learning experience for students as well as initial $50,000 payment for the funding of the plan for the selected team.
Silicon Beach Awards is an annual venture competition for new ventures focused on technology or entertainment. Entering teams must have at least one current USC student (graduate or undergraduate) or at least one USC alumni less than 10 years from graduation. Significant cash prizes totaling over $50,000 are awarded to the top teams.
Startup Equinox brings together entrepreneurs and university students from the greater Los Angeles area to share their business ideas, and offer expertise in areas such as marketing, design, finance, and engineering.
USC Small Business Clinic provides basic corporate legal assistance to small businesses, entrepreneurs, and non-profit organizations that cannot afford to pay market rates for legal services.
VSI2 – Viterbi Student Institute for Innovation inspires, educates, supports, and mentors students.
HTE@USC – Health, Technology and Engineering is an interdisciplinary program between USC Viterbi and the USC Keck School of Medicine that augments the training of select doctors and engineers through project-focused collaboration.
