Long commute? USC Viterbi researchers are working on a solution

Two USC Viterbi scientists have taken a universal problem (gridlock) and turned it into a product (ClearPath, a predictive traffic technology). The technology will help reduce LA commute times by 18 percent by re-routing drivers based on real transportation data. The pair plan to launch a spinoff later this year.
