About the Social Innovation Fast Pitch
Since 2008, LASVP's Social Innovation Fast Pitch has served as a powerful vehicle for identifying and strengthening high-impact, innovative nonprofits in Los Angeles County. In this two month training and mentoring program, nonprofit leaders learn to powerfully communicate their story, connect with business and philanthropic leaders, and develop powerful relationships to acheive their goals. Nonprofits are selected based on their effective, innovative approaches to creating social change and their ability to deliver positive community impact.

• Extensive two-month training and mentoring program for 20 of LA’s most promising non-profits to help them create a compelling 3-minute pitch
• Culminates with a high-energy Fast Pitch competition on October 24th with an expected audience of over 700
• Over $35,000 in awards is at stake
• This year’s final event will be held at the historic Saban Theater in Beverly Hills.
