| Doug Thomas is Associate Professor in the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Southern California and a champion for preparing the next generation for a rapidly changing highly interconnected world. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota in Communication and specializes in Critical Theory and Cultural Studies of Technology. Thomas’ newest book, A New Culture of Learning, has unwittingly taken him on a journey that has pushed the boundaries of what we know about teaching. While putting his theories to practice in his classroom, Thomas not only empowered his students to learn more, they have taught him a few surprising things as well. |
