Stephanie Valencia is a Senior Material Transfer Agreement Administrator at USC Stevens where she brings extensive experience in the management and negotiation of Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs).  Prior to joining USC Stevens, Stephanie handled MTAs and other unfunded research agreements at UCLA’s Office of Intellectual Property and Industry Sponsored Research.  During her five years there, Stephanie developed a strong rapport with faculty, administrators, and industry and academic collaborators, and was instrumental in streamlining the MTA process, from designing an MTA tracking database to developing resources to more efficiently and effectively negotiate MTAs to completion.  Stephanie graduated Cum Laude with a B.A. in Art History from University of California, Los Angeles.
