Polai Av is a Program Specialist for Innovation Development at USC Stevens. Working directly with USC innovators Polai supports the Director of Innovation Development in program development, conferences, and events. Her career began in the UCLA department of Environment, Health, and Safety in the Radiation division. She assisted in the maintenance of and compliance with the health and safety policies of laboratories and personnel dealing with radioactive materials. She continued her education as an intern at New Line Cinema in the photo department working on the production of publicity events and promotional materials for films like Monster-in-Law and The Notebook. Before joining USC Stevens she was a legal assistant at a law firm in West Los Angeles dealing in real estate and probate. Polai graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a B.A. in Sociology.
