Gretchen Villaluz-Picazo brings extensive experience in office administration and budget and payroll management to USC Stevens as its Administrative Operations Manager. Before this role, Gretchen had a dual role as the first Office Manager for USC Stevens and Executive Assistant to the Vice Provost/Executive Director. Prior to joining USC Stevens, Villaluz-Picazo was the Administrative Coordinator and Office Manager for the Viterbi School's Admission and Student Services Office. She began her USC career in the Student Affairs Office, where she was fortunate to be part of the growth as it expanded to become the Admission & Student Affairs Office. In addition to being an expert in office management, she was also involved in the different aspects of undergraduate student services. Villaluz-Picazo has a B.A. in Industrial Communications and Public Relations from Saint Paul College. |
