We’re hiring enthusiastic, creative, and committed students to work in our UPC and HSC offices. Student Associate:

Provide administrative assistance that will include running errands on campus, data entry; preparing documents; word processing; photocopying; mailing (sorting/sending); faxing; filing documents, scanning documents; maintaining office supplies and equipment in good working condition; and providing other routine clerical duties as assigned. Additional responsibility include managing reception desk by answering multi-line phones, greeting guests, directing guests to appropriate staff and answering general questions.

Qualifications:

Proficient in Word and Excel; motivated to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to learn new office procedures and systems.
